OutdoorsLivingSpace provides an online platform that connects hosts who have accommodations to list and book with guests seeking to book such accommodations (collectively, the “Services“), which Services are accessible at www.OutdoorsLivingSpace.com and any other websites through which OutdoorsLivingSpace makes the Services available (collectively, the “Site“) and as applications for mobile, tablet and other smart devices and application program interfaces (collectively, the “Application“).

- Our pricing structure:

To help cover the costs of processing guest payments, we charge hosts a 6% flat service fee every time a reservation is completed. The amount of this service fee is calculated from the reservation subtotal (before fees and taxes).

We also charge guests a guest service fee to cover the cost of running OutdoorsLivingSpace (included in the 6%)



What is OutdoorsLivingSpace's Guest Refund Policy?

If your host canceled your reservation, you can transfer your payment to a new OutdoorsLivingSpace reservation or request a refund.

If you experience a travel issue that prevents you from being able to complete a trip with OutdoorsLivingSpace, and you’re unable to resolve with your host, our Guest Refund Policy may be applied in certain circumstances.
